The Ritual V1 Pro from Warrior is a composite goalie stick that replaces and improves upon the CR1. The V1 Pro shares many similarities with the CR1 and will offer a very similar package and construction for goalies that want to stick with something similar in feel.
Shaft Construction
The shaft construction of the V1 Pro is on of the largest advantages of the stick. The HiFused Construction balances the stick and pulls the weight away from the heel, which can be heavy on many goalie sticks. One of the most prominent advantages however, is the VibexLite technology, which dampens vibrations from direct shots so much that it’s hard to believe this is a composite stick. Finally an Impact Fiber layer has been added to increase durability when hit straight on.
Paddle Construction
The paddle on the Warrior Ritual V1 Pro intermediate goalie stick uses a TwinSpar paddle construction that gives it more pop and stiffness. As well, the Minimus Carbon 1000 ensures a durable and light platform for excellent feel during play.
Blade Construction/Stiffness
The stiff blade of the V1 Pro intermediate is made with the same Minimus Carbon 1000 that the rest of the stick is. Material consistency from top to bottom eliminates weak points and keeps pucks directed powerfully to the corners.
Graphics
The V1 Pro senior goalie stick is available in 4 different colourways, Black/Silver, White/Silver, Silver/Red, Silver/Blue.
Grip
The SlideGrip on the intermediate V1 Pro stick is one of the best features for goalies that like to poke check. With a raised and matte finish shaft, the stick doesn’t get caught up on the blocker palm. The bright section is the opposite. At the top of the paddle is a raised tacky grip zone that increases control without sacrificing poke check.
Blade Patterns, Paddle Lengths, Stick Lengths, Weight, Level of Play
The V1 Pro intermediate composite goalie stick is available in 23.5” with Quick (mid), and Mrazek (wedge) available for regular handed goalies.
