This Source for Sports Exclusive product features elements from the top of the line skates in Bauer’s Supreme line at a margin of the cost. The Comp has elements of the S37 skate with the 40oz. felt tongue with mesh metatarsal guards along with it’s high performing Fiber composite boot construction that will help maximize energy transfer from your stride into the ice.
Skate Fit
Supreme continues to be the best fit option for skaters with a mid volume or slightly wider foot profile. A snug heel and thick ankle padding also contributes to the Comp fit by adding stability for all levels of skaters.
Boot Construction
Bauer has constructed the Supreme Comp with the focus on Performance level hockey players. The Comp skate features Bauer’s Fiber composite material which provides stability for the boot while offering the ability for maximum ankle flexion during your stride.
Tongue
The tongue found on the Comp skate is the same one used on the Supreme S37. The tongue includes a 40 oz. felt base with Mesh Metatarsal Guard on the face to provide protection and comfort against lace bite while also giving the tongue a little more pop during your stride.
Liner
A Hydrophobic Microfiber liner provides grip and moisture management for peak performance. Pairied with the Hydrophobic Microfiber, Bauer has included additional lightweight memory foam internal padding with Comfort Edge technology to deliver added comfort while also providing a snug ankle wrap.
Steel/Holder
LS1 steel comes stock with the Comp skate paired with the Tuuk Lightspeed Edge holder. The steel sits a bit higher than previous versions creating a greater angle of attack on every stride.
Insoles
The Supreme Comp skate uses the Form Fit footbed that will provide cushion and comfort for the skate wearer all ice time long.
Heat Moldable
The Bauer Supreme Comp Senior Hockey Skates can be heat molded to provide the perfect custom fit to your foot.
